The PELCO easiGlow™ Glow Discharge Cleaning System is is primarily designed for cleaning TEM grids and hydrophilization of TEM carbon support films. A glow discharge treatment with air will make a carbon film surface negatively charged, which allows aqueous solutions to spread easily.
